Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice - AACJ

The Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice (AACJ) is a statewide non-profit organization composed of criminal defense attorneys, law students, and associated professionals. Founded in 1986, AACJ was established when a group of 40 attorneys came together to address the disdain shown by the courts and legislature towards the accused and their defenders. Today, the organization has nearly 500 members committed to protecting the constitutional rights of the accused, enhancing the professional status of attorneys, and promoting justice through cooperation, education, and active advocacy at the local, state, and national levels.
