California Association of REALTORS

After a year-long process, surveys, research, and member input, C.A.R. introduced its new Strategic Framework, defining the Association’s Mission, Vision, Long-Term Goals, Operating Values, and Culture Statement. The 2023-2025 Strategic Plan, outlining four key strategic pillars, was also unveiled. Approved at the fall 2022 Business Meeting, this new framework reflects the evolving real estate landscape in which California REALTORS® operate since C.A.R.’s founding in 1905.
