Financial Lawyers Conference

The Financial Lawyers Conference (FLC) is a non-profit organization primarily composed of attorneys from Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego Counties. FLC hosts monthly MCLE programs (September through June) and an annual March seminar, alternating between commercial finance and insolvency topics, led by a distinguished law professor. It also offers «Nuts and Bolts» programs to introduce younger attorneys to commercial finance transactions and corporate insolvency issues. FLC’s mission is to foster a professional association of lawyers dedicated to advancing a better understanding of commercial, banking, and bankruptcy law.
