Maryland Criminal Defense Attorney’s Association

The Maryland Criminal Defense Attorneys’ Association (MCDAA) was created to promote the study and research of criminal law, as well as to disseminate advances in this field through conferences, seminars, and publications. Its mission includes fostering justice, maintaining the integrity and independence of defense attorneys, and improving the administration of criminal justice. MCDAA organizes regular meetings for the exchange of information on criminal practice and procedures. Its membership includes attorneys and associated professionals from across Maryland, supporting various programs and initiatives throughout the year.
